Positions	Qualifications
Elevator & Escalators	Graduate Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with Professional Qualifications. Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering of Elevator & Escalators with manufacturer, major user or inspection authority.
Pipeline Works	Graduate Mechanical/Material Engineer with Professional Qualifications. Minimum 10 years of experience in installation, maintenance and inspection of water piping systems with internationally recognized third party inspection authority.
Centrifugal Compressors	B.Sc degree in mechanical engineering, eligible for Kuwait Engineering society membership, with minimum 15 years in modern steam power plants experience. Sufficient experience and certified training in ISO 9002 and QA/QC.
Chemical Works	B.Sc in chemistry from recognized university with at least 15 years of experience in modern steam power stations.
Desalination & Reverse Osmosis (R.O.)	Graduate mechanical engineer with professional qualification. Minimum 10 years of experience in surveillance of power plant construction with EPC contractor and modern steam power stations, utility or inspection authority. Eligible for Kuwait Engineering Society membership, Sufficient experience and certified training in ISO 9002 and QA/QC.
Steel Structure	Graduate Civil Engineer with professional qualification. Minimum 20 years of experience in Civil works engineering and eligible for Kuwait Engineering Society membership.
Photovoltaic Systems	B.Sc in Electrical engineering eligible for Kuwait Engineering Society membership, with at least 10 years of experience in PV solar systems and utility scale PV installation and design. NABCEP certification. Minimum 5 years of experience working with AutoCAD with in depth understanding of layer control, scaling, dimensioning, sheet sets, plots, etc.
HT & MT Systems	Graduate Electrical Engineer with professional qualification. And testing of transformers, switchgears, telemetry cabinets, cables, capacitor banks and panels etc.
Steam Turbine	Graduate mechanical engineer with senior professional qualification. Minimum 25 years of experience in power plant engineering with utility or inspection authority. Minimum 10 years as engineering manager in charge of equivalent establishment. 5 years with specific inspection authority
Steam Boiler	Graduate mechanical engineer with professional qualification.10 years of experience in power boiler engineering with boiler manufacturer, utility or inspection authority
Gas Turbine	Graduate mechanical engineer with professional qualification. 5 years of experience in engineering of gas turbine power plant with manufacturer, utility or inspection authority.
Control Panels and Instruments	Graduate control, Electrical or Electronic engineer with professional qualification. Minimum 10 years of experience in thermal power plant C & I and DCS engineering with manufacturers, utility or inspection authority. Minimum 5 years of experience as a surveyor.
Welding & Heat Treatment	Graduate mechanical engineer or metallurgist with 5 years of experience as welding engineer with boiler manufacturer, EPC contractor utility or inspection authority
Non-Destructive Examination	Graduate Engineer with minimum 10 years of experience as NDE engineer including 3 years as ultrasonic practitioner with manufacturers, EPC contractor, and utility or inspection authority.
New Plants	Graduate mechanical engineered with professional qualification. Minimum 10 years of experience in surveillance of power plant construction with EPC contractor, utility or inspection authority
Health Safety & Environment	Graduate with professional qualification in HSE. Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE with power utility or in oil or petrochemical industry or inspection authority including 2 years as HSE officer in-charge.
Quality Assurance	Graduate with professional qualification in Quality Assurance. Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance with power utility or in oil or petrochemical industry including 5 years as quality assurance officer in-charge.
Steam Generators	Graduate mechanical engineer with professional qualification. Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering of industrial boilers with manufacturers, Large industrial boiler and generators user or inspection authority.
Crane & Lifts	Graduate mechanical engineer with professional qualification. Minimum 10 years of experience of engineering of cranes with manufacturer, major user or inspection authority.
